INTRODUCTION

The general introduction explains the basic considerations of the presented project. In this case, the environmental benefits of large-scale, automated food production is one of the arguments to explore the potential for an artificial meat production facility. As a consequence, the project thus simultaneously explores the implications for architecture, as a large part of such a facility would no longer be human-centered, but rather have the machines dictate the nature and character of its spaces.
