The general introduction explains the basic considerations of the presented project by clarifying reasons and theoretical positions that ground the projects’ intentions. In this case, the problematization of contemporary teleologies of power and progress based on the ideological dominance of science and technology, as the social project and the foundation of modernity has formed the starting point for an investigation into the territorial condition of exploitation and consumption of resources in a post-Soviet Siberian Russia.
